Awards for Excellence   The Care Quality Commission “CQC”, as well as assessing each key outcome as “Excellent”, has rated the overall quality of service delivered to residents at Hendra House as “ Excellent”, this being the highest national rating achievable.    Potential residents and /or their families are advised to read the report from our most recent Key Inspection Report which was held on 23rd June 2009, which can be found on www.csci.org.uk. In addition to our “Excellent” CQC rating the home has won numerous external awards, which reflect the quality of service consistently delivered to its residents.
